Loan Processor - Servicing - On Site

Responsibilities

• Process loan data with precision and verify accuracy.
• Handle mortgage transactions, including payments, adjustments, and fee processing.
• Reconcile cash in bank accounts and prepare management reports.
• Support loan servicing functions like tax contracts and insurance renewals.
• Maintain organized records and assist with clerical duties.
• *Ability to work onsite at least once per week is required for this role.
• Skills and Background You'll Need
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in dynamic office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in loan servicing processes and cash reconciliation preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate loans is preferred.
• Experience with general ledger accounting is preferred.

• The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
• Salary Range:
• 22.96 - 30.41
