Then apply now! **Location:** Donauwörth **Start:** October/ November 2026 **Duration:** 24 months **Definition VIE** The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield. **Your benefits** - Work-life balance with a 35-hour week (flexitime). - Mobile working after agreement with the department. - Traveling overseas or within Germany (team events) is possible after consultation and agreement from the department. - International environment with the opportunity to network globally. - Work with modern/diversified technologies. - At Airbus, we see you as a valuable team member and you are not hired to brew coffee, instead you are in close contact with the interfaces and are part of our weekly team meetings. - Opportunity to participate in the Generation Airbus Community to expand your own network. **Your tasks and responsibilities** - Monitor Engineering cost Base, Hourly rates and fixed costs along Finance processes (closing and reporting, forecast, Operative Plan, Budget) - Lead your business partners in understanding performance, and to support improvement plans and decision making. - Drive resource planning process for Engineering - Support ad'hoc analysis - Desired skills and qualifications - Educated to master level (or equivalent) in Finance/Cost Controlling or a related discipline. - IT tools: Excel and Google suite practice is needed, SAP knowledge would be appreciated - In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: - Curious & Proactive - Analytical thinking - Good communication skills - Language skills : advanced level of English is needed.
