- Contribute to strategic initiatives to expand Verdant's market presence and capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in commercial lending, equipment finance, or relationship management
- Proven track record of originating and managing commercial credit relationships
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk assessment
- Experience developing business through referral networks (brokers, vendors, COIs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Axos Bank Target Range: $90,000.00/Yr. - $150,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. This is a commission eligible role.
