QA/Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Test end-to-end user flows across web and mobile applications to ensure seamless user experiences
• Validate key product features including forms, media uploads, offline synchronization, and report generation
• Design, write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman to validate functionality, reliability, and performance
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using JIRA and other testing tools
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing frameworks, and quality standards
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automation testing
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of web, mobile, and SaaS application testing methodologies
• Experience performing API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and bug reports
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
