Product Content Manager

About the role

Perfect for those who aim to: Manage, optimize, and arrange casino content based on data; Develop and maintain a content calendar; Improve casino UX and UI to increase conversion of lobbies; Increase profitability of Casino and Sportsbook products through content optimization and personalization; Manage SDUI and personalized product experiences for different player segments; Collaborate with Casino Team, CRM, Gamification, BI & Analytics, Design, and Product teams; Manage product content localization and translation processes; Optimize registration, onboarding, and conversion funnels through content and UX improvements; Run various A/B tests by changing the UX of main site pages. Experience you'll need to bring: 2+ years of experience in Product Content, Product Operations, Casino Operations, or Product Management within iGaming; Strong understanding of Casino and Sportsbook products; Experience working with game providers, casino content, and product merchandising; Experience conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions; Strong analytical skills and understanding of product KPIs; Experience working with CMS, content management tools, or SDUI solutions; Understanding of player lifecycle, retention, and engagement mechanics; Experience working with analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
