Hospital Sisters Health System is recruiting a Chief Operating Officer to lead our Central Illinois Market. The market structure includes five Illinois based HSHS hospitals and is based at our flagship hospital, HSHS St. John's, in Springfield, IL. This role is responsible for operations at HSHS St. John's Hospital as well as overall market operational oversight. This role reports directly to the Central Illinois Market President & CEO.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned operational leader that is confident managing in a matrix environment with proven success in a hospital setting with growth, strategy, culture, and overall operations. The ideal candidate is also comfortable in community involvement throughout the market.
