GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have experience, education or training in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government? This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Experience formulating program goals, plans, policy implementation guidelines, procedures, and work plans dealing with the development and operation. Experience making information protection risk assessments and risk management/mitigation strategies/recommendations based on intelligence-derived threat issues that may require deviations from or synthesis of policies. Experience delivering, Security Awareness and Education Programs to satisfy security education and training requirements for all assigned organizations. Experience exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
