Assembler-Welder 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications
• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
• Inspect welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Non-Essential Functions:
• Other duties as assigned.
• Education and Experience:
• Prior MIG welding experience required
• Experience with mechanical part assembly is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Entry Level Position.
• Specific Skills: Interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.
• Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanically inclined with good math skills. Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Operate power shop equipment.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.

We are currently hiring for Assembly Operator/MIG Welder - 1st shift As an Assembly Operator/ MIG Welder at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications. Starting pay range of $16.00-$18.00/hour.
