Responsibilities

- Developmental Monitoring: Partner with the Student Management Team to dynamically monitor the developmental progress of students undergoing disciplinary workflows.
- Observation Reporting: Proactively report and refer rising systemic or individual student issues to Level Discipline Masters based on personal observations.
- Post-Investigation Action: Conduct close follow-up actions post-investigation, ensuring students accurately complete assigned learning tasks while serving suspensions or detentions.
- Movement Tracking: Administer daily sign-in and sign-out protocols for designated students placed on movement monitoring programs.
- Promoting Developmental Discipline Practices

- Restorative Support: Partner closely with teachers to manage challenging students utilizing relationship-based and restorative practices.
- Active Monitoring: Monitor unstructured areas/times (e.g., school recesses, lunch periods, and after-school dismissals) to proactively prevent disruptive behavior.
- Data-Driven Interventions: Leverage accrued discipline and late-coming data alongside the team to develop predictive, proactive, and preventive interventions.
- Examination and Holiday Support

- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification (must provide verified certificate copies with application).
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior Ministry of Education (MOE) teaching or school-based experience.

- Experience conducting student discipline investigations and writing analytical reports for management.

- Working Hours & Deployment Terms
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break).
- Fridays: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break).
- Rest Days: Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
