- Position Details:

- Work Schedule : Sunday-Saturday, 6am-10pm*
- *Position requires 40 hours per week. Specific days / shifts will be determined based on current business needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical support or related role
- 2 years of customer service or customer interaction experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot operational, preventative maintenance, and training issues remotely
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program
- Basic math skills to calculate consumption, flow rates, concentrations, use cost, and dilution rates
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and video communication tools / platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts
- Must be capable of solving product and equipment system application problems over the phone, frequently with limited background information
- Must be comfortable asking sufficiently probing questions of the caller to obtain additional information to provide effective consultation

- Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
- The pay range for this position is $45,700.00 - $68,600.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
