Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain production and material planning schedules in alignment with demand forecasts and available capacity
  • Ensure availability of raw materials and finished goods to support uninterrupted production and achievement of on-time delivery performance

  • Apply strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to resolve supply chain challenges and improve workflows
  • Communicate effectively and manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Production, Procurement, Sales, Logistics) and contract manufacturing partners
  • Support ad-hoc tasks, urgent requirements, and special assignments as assigned by management to ensure business continuity and operational needs
  • Required competencies and certifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Experience in project or process improvement initiatives within supply chain or operations
  • Strong experience in inventory control, including Excess & Obsolete (E&O) management
  • Ability to prepare management presentations (PPT) with strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
