- Navigate NYC Department of Buildings permitting, approvals, and regulatory coordination across concurrent scopes.
- Identify project risks early - scope, schedule, budget, and client relationship - and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with firm leadership.
- Support NYCHA proposal development and pursuit activities, including project experience narratives, staffing plans, and client-facing materials; participate in interviews and client presentations at existing accounts.
- Qualifications - Required
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture or A/E project management, with demonstrated senior-level responsibility for project financials and client relationships.
- Experience managing public agency clients in New York City, including familiarity with city agency procurement processes, contracting, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with contract administration, fee tracking, billing, and change order management in an architecture or multi-discipline A/E environment.
- Familiarity with NYCHA compliance obligations including Section 3 and M/WBE reporting; candidates with equivalent public housing or city agency compliance experience will be considered, as STV provides onboarding support in this area.
- Proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of project management platforms (Deltek, Procore, or comparable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of representing STV in client meetings and agency settings.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from STV.

- Registered Architect (RA) in New York or a U.S. jurisdiction with reciprocity.
