Your New Role -Effectively manage and control inbound supply by liaising closely with Supply Chain, Buying, Suppliers, Logistics and Merchandising to meet agreed KPIs and timelines consistently. -Collaborate proactively with suppliers to optimise their production and distribution planning into RDCs, supporting smooth inbound flow and availability. -Monitor supplier compliance against performance KPIs and engage regularly with forecast data to support production and distribution planning alignment. -Maintain consistent product availability throughout the year, with particular focus on peak periods such as Christmas and other key events. -Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication, strong relationship management, and excellent service standards. -Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to simplify operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce inconsistencies. -Support the delivery of the departmental strategy and assist Buying teams by monitoring and reporting on supplier performance and inbound stock.
