This role offers a unique chance to drive innovation, manage high-profile client engagements, and mentor emerging forensic talent, all while making a tangible impact in uncovering the truth and protecting organisations. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Significant experience in forensic data analytics or risk analytics, ideally within a Big Four, consulting, or large corporate forensic environment. Expert-level proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and advanced Python programming for data extraction, analysis, and automation. Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik, LookerStudio, or Power BI, and familiarity with Big Data technologies like Apache Hive, Spark, or Presto. Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) is highly desirable, alongside exposure to financial crime investigations and regulatory compliance. What type of work will I be doing? Leading multiple forensic data analytics and eDiscovery investigations from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Designing and deploying advanced analytical models using AI, ML, and NLP to detect fraud and identify risks in large structured and unstructured datasets. Guiding teams in extracting and analysing data from ERP systems and communications platforms within eDiscovery workflows. Translating complex technical findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for clients, legal counsel, and regulators. Contributing to practice development by enhancing methodologies, creating new service offerings, and supporting commercial growth. Mentoring and coaching junior staff to foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and innovation. Managing senior client relationships and navigating high-pressure situations with professionalism and strategic insight. Who is the Hiring Manager?
