Senior Engineer, Process Engineering

Job Summary To ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specification To carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters To carry out evaluations for process improvement To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue. Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent Preferred 2-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer Familiar with SPC and Design of Experiments. Skills Minitab/JMP , Spotfire or other data analytics tool, SPC, DOE, Problem solving WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
