- Prepare agendas, executive-level presentations, memos, and reports.

- Handle invoices, purchase orders, ticket processing, inventory/amenity management and office administration tasks.
- Event support and administrative support tasks to coordinate planning and execution of events with media and internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate on projects by conducting research, writing, and fact-checking.
- Act as the primary contact for incoming communication, ensuring professionalism and discretion.
- Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clean grammar and robust vocabulary.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and manage competing demands.
- Demonstrated organizational and follow-through skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience handling confidential information with reliability and discretion.
- Enthusiastic, service-minded attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Administrative experience.
Requirements
