Job DescriptionJob Summary:Approved Hybrid Manheim locations are: Dallas, TX Riverside, CA, and Anaheim, CASchedule flexibility: P&P provides nationwide support aligned to auction work schedules and business cycles. Team members may be required to adjust schedules to meet business needs, including occasional weekend, holiday, and extended-hours coverage as communicated by leadership.Guideline adherence: Team members are expected to follow P&P scheduling, time-off, and coverage guidelines and related company policies to ensure consistent nationwide support.Job Responsibilities:Core Transactional Responsibilities:Execute high-volume transactional posting of charges and orders for parts and services in accordance with established procedures.Ensure transactions are processed accurately, completely, and within defined SLAs.Validate documentation completeness to support posting and audit requirements.Respond to routine audit requests, corrections, and standard adjustments.Maintain high accuracy to reduce rework and revenue leakage.Operational Support:Follow documented SOPs, job aids, and work instructions.Escalate exceptions and system issues per guidelines.Support basic data gathering and verification.Meet productivity and quality expectations tied to volume and accuracy.Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service to Cox Automotive business operationsAssists with special assignments/projects as assignedFunctional Focus (one primary area per role):Revenue Posting FocusSupport revenue posting workflows; research, validate, and resolve routine posting exceptions to minimize revenue leakage and rework.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve recurring issues and improve accuracy and timeliness of postings.Vision insuranceRemote work optionsFlexible schedule
