Capex Project Manager (Greenfield)

Responsibilities

• Project Controls - Monitor project progress against the master schedule and approved budgets. Provide accurate and timely reporting on project KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans. Support procurement and contract management processes as required to maintain schedule and cost control.
• Qualified candidates will have:
• Degree in Engineering
• Proven project management experience in industrial projects in food, starch, pharmaceutical, chemical industry or EPCm environments.
• Demonstrated experience completing and commissioning LARGE greenfield projects, with value of USD 50 million & above.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong working knowledge of EHS standards and compliance, including work permits, LOTO, and contractor safety management.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tools), and AutoCAD review capability.
