About the role

We are looking for a Client Management Administrator to join our team. This position is key to ensuring proper operational management of clients within the bank, with strong cross-functional interaction and exposure to internal stakeholders across different areas, as well as clients (including international clients). Set up and maintain information in internal systems. Generate and download regulatory reports in accordance with local guidelines (Banxico / SPID). Manage client files (both physical and digital), ensuring quality and compliance. Support the management of online banking access (setups, cancellations, and modifications). Participate in internal processes related to investments, reporting, and daily operations. Actively contribute to improving the client experience and process efficiency. This role involves constant collaboration with various areas of the bank, requiring strong coordination and cross-functional communication skills. Key stakeholders include the Business Line (relationship managers and assistants), Compliance, IT, Internal Control, Operational Risk, Audit, General Services, and Product teams. Additionally, you will have direct contact with clients, providing support and ensuring proper handling of their requests.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates in business-related fields or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in client management or operational roles.
  • Interest in developing a career in financial operations.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Mexican financial regulation is a plus.
  • This role requires constant communication with international stakeholders and foreign clients, so a fluent level of English (both written and spoken) is required.
