Position Summary Sales Accountable to exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Implements sales best practices that allow the business to meet and surpass sales target goal Perform duties as per described in the SAM II job description including but not limited to: Form relationships with key stakeholders at retailers Communicate initiatives and lottery news as relevant Maintain regular visits to retailers Continue to look for retailer expansion opportunities and report them as able Create, execute and maintain reporting for assigned region Executes strategic initiatives and provides feedback to the Sales Manager Assist in training new SAMs as they are onboarded Lead, motivate and mentor SAM I and SAM II Merchandising Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained for every retailer within the designated route territory Provide each retailer with updated Point of Sale material upon each sales call Ensure all products are in stock and ready to be sold Achieve and maintain the best placement for all Lottery games and Point of Sale material in each retail establishment Ensure the proper placement of each Instant game to maintain plan-o-gram integrity Adhere to all Oklahoma Lottery policies and procedures within each retailer Maintain all proper Lottery information guides in each retailer Ensure all equipment is working correctly upon each retail sales call Document each sales call electronically Perform audits on SAM II and SAM I activities and report as required Work closely with the Sales Manager on retail optimization initiatives in their region Attend strategic meetings as requested Conduct promotions at the retailer level, interreacting with the retailer and lottery consumer/players Retailer Training Conduct training with retailer employees on the policies and procedures of the Oklahoma Lottery Educate Lottery customers/players while working in retail locations Provide hands-on training for Scientific Games Inc. and Oklahoma Lottery retailer equipment. General Responsibilities: Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism in completing all responsibilities and duties while representing both Scientific Games Inc, and the Oklahoma Lottery Adhere and uphold all policies set forth by Scientific Games Inc and the Oklahoma Lottery Maintain a safe work environment and clean driving record Perform annual training requirements All other duties as assigned
