Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team based in Northampton. As a Social Worker in the Children with Disabilities (CWD) team, you will deliver high-quality, child-centred assessments and care planning for children with complex needs. You'll work closely with families, health professionals, and education providers to ensure coordinated support that promotes safety, wellbeing, and independence. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through direct work, advocacy, and multi-agency collaboration. About You Social Work England registered 2 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE Experienced in safeguarding and working with CWD A confident communicator and team collaborator Passionate about supporting children, families, and achieving positive change Committed to best practice and continuous development You'll be part of a supportive, friendly team where your growth is genuinely encouraged.
