As a Supply Chain Analyst (Material Planning & ERP), you will ensure the seamless availability of materials to keep our production lines running without interruption. You will act as the critical link between procurement, warehouse and production, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing long-term solutions to eliminate supply chain blockers. Beyond daily disposition, you will play a key role in our digital transformation of our ERP system, transitioning from basic functions to a fully optimized, data-driven supply chain engine. Material Availability & Risk Mitigation: Ensure seamless material flow to the production line; proactively identify, analyze, and permanently eliminate supply chain blockers. ERP Evolution: Drive the functional rollout of our ERP system beyond the basics and implement advanced features for procurement, warehouse management and production. Data Integrity & Analysis: Analyze, clean, and maintain master data to ensure the ERP reflects reality. Ensure our digital inventory mirrors physical reality to enable flawless automated planning. Process Engineering: Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to create process flow charts, document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lead workshops to train users on new ERP functionalities. Performance Tracking: Define, implement, and monitor key SCM metrics. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Informatics / Information Systems, Business Analytics / Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management / Information Systems or a similar field 2+ years of experience in procurement and logistics You possess exceptional analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a significant plus A highly organized working style with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up on processes until they are fully implemented. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production Fluency in both German and English is required. Previous experience building databases (private, internship, or working-student experience) Previous experience building business analytics dashboards Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Data Studio/Looker Studio) and/or data pipeline concepts (data standardisation, data normalisation etc.)
