YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL We are seeking a highly organized, autonomous Regional Strategy & Operations Manager to drive execution and streamline regional workflows across the APAC region. In this role, you will act as the operational engine of the team, taking ownership of critical day-to-day workstreams including data collection, market communications, presentation development, and agent evaluations. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed for a self-starter with an agency background who thrives in independent environments and does not require step-by-step management. While high-level AI strategy is not your primary mandate, practical, hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools is a strong good-to-have to successfully run quality evaluations on our AI agents and workflows. REPORTING OF THE ROLE AVP, AI Strategy , APAC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE AI Strategy & Enablement (Approx. 80%) Data Collection & Synthesis: Gather operational data, tool adoption metrics, and market feedback from internal platforms (e.g., WPP Open, OMS) and market trackers, synthesizing them into clear executive summaries. Agent Evaluation & Testing: Run regular, structured quality checks on deployed AI agents and workflows, evaluating prompt setup, context quality, and output consistency against established protocols. Presentation & Asset Management: Take full ownership of regional presentation decks, ensuring they are meticulously cleaned, formatted, and structured to a client-ready standard. Market Communications & Governance: Serve as the dependable operational touchpoint for local APAC market teams; manage regional trackers, triage incoming queries, and ensure adherence to regional processes without needing constant supervision. Logistics & Project Support: Manage regional scheduling, workshop coordination, and timelines to keep multi-market initiatives moving forward seamlessly. Strategic Partnership Operations (Approx. 20%) Process Rollout: Support the VP of Partnerships with the regional rollout of a new, AI-enabled end-to-end partnerships process. Framework Standardization: Help create and monitor usage of templatized frameworks and processes to standardize a consistent approach to partnerships across APAC. Performance Tracking: Collaborate with central teams to track key results and learnings against goals.
