About the role
The Analyst, Group Corporate Entities & Specialist Accounting provides execution support across specialist corporate accounting, statutory governance and corporate entity reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare emoluments certificates and supporting schedules.
- Support audits relating to Directors' Remuneration and key management personnel disclosures, working with highly confidential data.
- Execute SOX controls and support audit evidence requests.
- Coordinate with Executive Assistants and provide guidance on processes.
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoice payments for multiple suppliers.
- Support with month-end journals and GL account reconciliations.
- Support wider specialist, corporate and statutory reporting activities.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Essential
- Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting.
- ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a robust documentation and control mindset.
- Ability to deliver accurate outputs to defined timetables.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience posting month-end journals and preparing GL account reconciliations.
- Experience working with highly confidential data.
- Preferred
- 1-3 years of exposure to remuneration reporting, employee benefits, or SOX controls.
- Familiarity with corporate or statutory reporting processes.
- Familiarity with systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
