Responsibilities

  • Maintain centralized tracking systems and databases for all in-scope programs and IBXs
  • Consult with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.) on unique or complex edge cases
  • Ensure clarity on ownership, funding, and next steps before program activation
  • Executive Dashboards & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain global dashboards providing visibility into IBXs under review, strategic options, approved actions, and final customer dispositions
  • Deliver clear, concise reporting to executive leadership (RAG status, key risks, decisions required)
  • Translate complex program landscapes into simple, actionable insights

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, with a strong focus on governance, operations, or strategy
  • Proven track record of building and running governance frameworks and process-driven programs
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure lifecycle (EOL), or colocation environments preferred
  • Experience developing dashboards, tracking systems, and executive-level reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and structure loosely defined problem spaces

  • United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual
  • Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 139,000 - 209,000 CAD / Annual
