IT Platform Business Management Officer

About the role

Job Responsibilities : Lead Private Banking system and platform enhancement Lead User Acceptance Testing process including preparation of test plans and testing of system applications and platform Ensure system and platform functionalities meet regulatory and internal control requirements Primary point of contact for Front Office, Head Office IT and vendors ensuring system and platform issues are resolved timely Work closely with Front Office, Head Office IT and vendors to ensure systems are aligned with the business needs and strategies Ad-hoc Projects or tasks as assigned by Department Head Job Requirements : Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/Accountancy or a relevant discipline At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry, preferably in Private Banking Prior experience in similar role and familiar in Private Banking IT applications Good knowledge of Private Banking Products Strong problem solving and analytical skills Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Chinese speaking colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan
