Responsibilities

  • Processing and verifying commercial banking transactions
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues and discrepancies
  • Providing support to our commercial banking teams on operational matters
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial banking operations role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • ECF - Credit Risk Management (CRM) at Core level and Role 1 is preferred
