Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of immunology research programs from early discovery through candidate selection and transition into development

Requirements

  • PhD, MD or equivalent in immunology or a related field
  • 8+ years' experience in pharma/biotech, spanning drug discovery through early development
  • Proven success leading programs from concept to candidate selection and IND-enabling stages
  • Deep expertise in immunology, with ability to translate biology into therapeutic strategies
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Highly regarded
  • Experience with biologics (e.g. monoclonal, bispecific or multi-specific antibodies)
  • Background in autoimmune or inflammatory diseases
  • Experience working across global R&D environments
