Responsibilities

  • Be the central contact for a number of customers and their supply chain business
  • Manage and maintain a good working relationship within all areas of the Operational team, the procurement / supply chain teams and other TD SYNNEX departments such as Credit, Finance, Logistics, IT, Tax & Compliance etc.
  • Effectively manage all incoming communication from the customer including telephone, email and system messaging
  • Management of SLAs; TD SYNNEX KPIs
  • Ensure reports are gathered, analysed and actioned upon to ensure compliance
  • Escalate service level issues to internal stakeholders
  • Support all internal data systems in order to maintain data integrity, and improve processes and service levels.
  • Liaise with global counterparts to maintain global customer satisfaction
  • Support Service Delivery Managers as required to successfully manage the customer relationship
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner
