Responsibilities
- This role will focus on the following principal accountabilities:
- Work closely with Assets & Reservoir Engineer in maintaining and providing necessary access and data for various reservoir studies and reviews

- Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Geoscience, Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or similar
- Fresher or early career talents with 1-2 years of experience in any one of these areas - Field Development Planning, Reservoir Studies, Production Forecasting, Subsurface Benchmarking, Annual Reserves Reporting
- Basic understanding of various data types such as production, injection, fluid, pressure, and reservoir properties
- Data management, analysis, integration and visualization skills with working knowledge in Python, VBA/Power Query, Spotfire, PowerBI would be an advantage
- Understanding of end-to-end Upstream Asset Development
- Practical knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods to drive process simplification
- Willing to relocate to Poland; hybrid model (minimum of 3 days on-site)
