WHAT'S THE JOB? As a Supervisor, reporting to the Food Services manager, you will perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks supporting the unit. The schedule for the role would include day, evening and weekend shifts. The position will include .... Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills Cross-trained to work in the Marek Cafe while assisting the other areas of the unit Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process Performing physical inventories, adequately maintaining the level of stock at the unit Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Available Weekend (Saturday and Sunday required) Previous experience working in a Tim Horton's or another fast paced food service establishment Previous experience working as a Tim Horton Baker Kitchen Experience required 2 years supervision experience Excellent computer skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Cash handling and Cash management required Able to communicate well in written and verbal English Experience with Oracle an asset WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
