Administration work including but not limited to: - Answer and direct phone calls. - Distribute and mailing documents. - Develop and maintain a filling system - Update and maintain office policies, procedures, insurance and contact list. - Maintain office supplies. - Provide general support to visitors. - Submit CPF contribution - Handle local staff and Foreign Workers' payroll - Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
