  • Experience We're Looking For
  • Extensive agency (or relevant client-side commercial) experience in a client-facing role;
  • Experience with clients that operate with a central team and activate media across multiple markets;
  • A proven ability to grow and nurture client relationships;
  • Strong media knowledge (digital + offline), ideally as a communications planner/director;
  • Experience managing teams with varied backgrounds and skill levels;
  • Confident advising clients in a digital-first context;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Experience managing budgets and/or P&L;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

Job Description: The purpose of this role is to serve as the Hub Lead for Europe, acting as the primary point of contact for clients from the Amsterdam office whilst collaborating closely with dentsu stakeholders and the wider Europe team. They are accountable for the overall success of the hub and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the account. In the new model, the Europe team will own full ATL planning and activation across a portfolio of 30+ brands, including high-profile names such as Heineken, Birra Moretti, Amstel and Desperados. The Hub Lead will oversee and guide this remit, ensuring delivery is aligned with both client ambitions and dentsu's broader strategic vision. They will lead and inspire an international team of media specialists, fostering collaboration across disciplines to drive integrated, forward-thinking solutions that move the client's business forward.
