GET TO KNOW USCLASS DEFINITIONAn HR Assistant II performs a wide variety of paraprofessional human resource work in a City agency human resources division. The decision of the Director of Human Resources with respect to acceptable minimum qualifications is final.EDUCATION ACCREDITATIONApplicants' education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
