About the role

DBiz is looking for an OutSystems Full Stack Developer tojoin the Singapore Team to drive digital initiatives and support technologytransformation. The role will be working on various clientele projects andcollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutionsaligned with business objectives. This role requires a proactive,self-motivated, and resourceful team member with strong technology knowledgeand full-stack development skills. The selected candidate will work closely withstakeholders to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applicationsleveraging the OutSystems platform and complementary technologies. Primary Responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using the OutSystems platform and complementary technologies Customise and configure OutSystems components, modules, and integrations to meet product objectives and requirements Develop end-to-end solutions, including custom integrations, serverless functions, and microservices where OutSystems native capabilities require extension Implement data models, business logic, user interfaces, APIs, and associated unit tests across the entire application stack Leverage technical background to create high-level solutions with long-term value Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Participate actively in agile ceremonies and conduct review sessions with stakeholders Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and reliability Ensure and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for seamless code promotion and deployment Work closely with QA teams to validate functionality, performance, and security Maintain application codebase, including OutSystems platform components and custom integrations Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues efficiently across all technology layers Monitor and optimise application performance across the full stack Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant IT field At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing applications using OutSystems, preferably with OutSystems certifications Proficiency in OutSystems platform features, including visual modelling, logic flows, data modelling, and user interface design Full-stack development capabilities, including: Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) Back-end: Python, C#, Java, or Node.js Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3) for enterprise application deployment Knowledge of SQL and database design principles Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and API integration patterns Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline, and automated testing Application security best practices and authentication mechanisms Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Experience in agile methodology tools - JIRA, Confluence, GITLAB Preferred Skills OutSystems certifications (Associate or Professional Developer) Past development or consulting experience Experience in agile, knowledge management, or service design Experience with agile tools such as Figma, Miro, or JIRA Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, and sprint reviews Knowledge of data analytics and product metrics Certification such as Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus Experience with development workflows using tools like SHIP/HATS, GitHub, or GitLab for code management and collaboration Experience with rapid application development platforms such as OutSystems Experience working with content management systems such as Sitefinity, SharePoint Online, or similar platforms Familiarity with government development tools and CI/CD concepts, including SHIP/HATS, is a plus Good-to-have Skills Exposure to modern web technologies such as React, JavaScript, Python, Java, or .NET (C#) will be an advantage
