Leads study design, data management, analysis, and reporting, and contributes to proposals, publications, and funding opportunities. Supervises and trains staff and students while cultivating effective partnerships with research collaborators and stakeholders. Develops and implements laboratory safety procedures, including drafting and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols in compliance with safety regulations.
