Facility Management Technician (F/M)

About the role

The Facility Management Technician is to ensure the implementation and monitoring of new works, the monitoring of building maintenance contracts, general service contracts (cleaning, reception, security ...). Deal with external service providers Look for potential suppliers Write or modify contracts of the providers for validation by her/his hierarchy Participate in infrastructure projects What will convince us Technical level in industrial maintenance Excellent knowledge of internal management processes (orders, invoices, inventories...)
