  • The main performance focus of this role is monthly deliveries of new cars under lease agreements.
  • Contribute to the growth of the new corporate customer base.
  • Increase the number of signed lease agreements.
  • Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ensure high-quality CRM data and reporting discipline.
  • Achieve effective conversion from prospect to signed customer.

  • Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Must-Have Requirements
  • Proven successful experience in new customer acquisition / hunter sales.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new B2B customers.
  • Experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, leasing, fleet management, automotive services, financial services, outsourcing services, or another relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience.
  • Higher education.
  • English level not lower than Intermediate.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build business relationships with decision-makers.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data filtering and sorting, sales pipeline analysis, reporting and simple commercial calculations.
