Country Sales Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

## **Your role in our team:** - You are responsible for the distribution of CLAAS machines in South Africa, through the official CLAAS Importers. - You are the central contact person with interface responsibility between the importer and CLAAS functional areas. - You are establishing and developing the sales structures in the assigned countries. - You are the Representative of CLAAS at sales events and international trade fairs. - You take responsibility for sales and results for the CLAAS business in the assigned country. - You are supporting customers when visiting CLAAS Factories in Europe. - You are maintaining contacts Key player in the market such as politicians, authorities etc. - The preferred place of residence for this position is South Africa. ## **Your profile:** - Completed studies in agriculture, agricultural engineering or business administration - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, product management and / or business management - Very good knowledge of agricultural engineering and CLAAS products essential - Very good knowledge of German is desirable, very good knowledge of English is essential - Computer skills (MS Office) required, SAP R/3 experience desirable - Flexible, reliable and independent way of working, organisational skills - Ability to work in a team and to communicate - Negotiating skills and confident appearance - Willingness to travel regularly and intensively ## **Your benefits:** - Permanent employment contract - Opportunities for professional development through internal and external training and continuing education programs, such as digital learning courses on technical and personal skills - From employee to co-entrepreneur: By purchasing silent partnership shares, you can participate in CLAAS's financial success and build long-term wealth
