ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is analytically rigorous, strategically minded, and a collaborative problem-solver to join our Advertising & Rewards division. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders by using data-driven insights to inform the design and optimization of Xsolla's B2C apps/websites. Additionally, they'll lead the design and execution of multivariate AB tests, analytics schema and dashboards/reports, generating recommendations that influence our roadmap and drive product and business performance. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to drive data-informed product decisions that shape how we reward and engage players at scale. Strong analytical and statistical skills are essential, along with experience in quantitative analysis within games or other consumer-facing apps. The ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
