Requirements

• Applicants for the Assistant Professor position should hold a Ph.D. from a recognized university
• and demonstrate outstanding research potential, evidenced by publications or high-quality work in progress targeting top-tier journals.
• Applicants for Associate or Full Professor positions should have a strong record of high-quality
• research, at least three years of proven teaching excellence at the MBA/EMBA level, and established visibility and impact in the global academic community.
• All candidates must have primary expertise in strategy and should provide evidence of teaching
• excellence at the undergraduate or graduate level. Secondary expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, or sustainability is desirable but not required. Appointment with tenure is subject to a formal review.
