About the role

The Enablement Analyst sits at the intersection of business and data, transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and corporate teams to uplift how data is understood and used across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in analytics, BI, or data enablement roles
  • Strong skills in Power BI (or similar), SQL, and data visualisation
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights
  • Experience working with complex, multi-system data environments
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach
