Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Productivity Platform Leadership

- Operational Excellence & ITSM
- Establish mature ITSM‑aligned operational models, including incident, problem, and change processes
- Build and maintain runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational playbooks
- Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability, driving continuous improvement
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and junior engineers
- Act as the primary technical advisor to leadership on M365 productivity capabilities

- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or strong hands-on experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 7+ years hands‑on experience managing Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale
- Exposure in a Technical Lead role within M365 or Modern Workplace platforms
- Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Productivity workloads and designing enterprise‑scale M365 architectures
- Deep experience with:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive
- Teams (collaboration and integration perspective)
