QA Investigator Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human service field, law, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting investigations, preferably in disability services
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting record reviews
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain objectivity, confidentiality, and sensitivity during investigations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Become a certified Abuse and Neglect Investigator as prescribed by state where conducting investigations.
• Must have satisfactory background checks.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Use of a personal vehicle for travel is required.
