The Division of Cardiology and the CardioVascular Center (CVC) at Tufts Medical Center in Boston is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a dynamic and expanding electrophysiology (EP) program. This full time faculty position is available at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, commensurate with experience. Candidates should be 3 to 5 years (or more) beyond completion of clinical cardiac EP training and demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered EP care. Position Highlights: Join a collaborative group of 5 Cardiac Electrophysiologists within a high-volume academic program Active participation in an ACGME-accredited Clinical Cardiac EP Program with 3 fellows (with plan to grow to 4) Practice across state-of-the-art EP laboratories performing the full spectrum of contemporary electrophysiology procedures, including: Complex atrial and ventricular arrhythmia ablation Pulsed field ablation and advanced electroanatomic mapping systems Cardiac implantable electronic devices, including conduction system pacing, leadless technologies, and extravascular devices Lead extraction (based on experience and interest) As our procedural presence in our community system hospitals is growing, ability to perform procedures in that setting will be an important component of this position Clinical and Academic Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive electrophysiology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Perform a broad range of EP procedures, including complex ablation and device implantation Contribute to grown and advancement of the comprehensive ventricular arrhythmia program at Tufts Medical Center. The candidate will work collaboratively to expand referral networks, enhance procedural capabilities, and advance multidisciplinary care for patients with complex ventricular arrhythmias. Participate in teaching and mentorship of internal medicine residents, cardiology and EP fellows Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and/or clinical research Contribute to ongoing growth and innovation of EP services across the Tufts Medicine System with outreach coverage at affiliated community sites
