This role will support a diverse portfolio of hiring requirements across Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Corporate functions. The ideal candidate will behands-on, process-oriented, and experienced in working within fast-paced MSP/VMS-driven recruitment models while delivering high-quality talent within SLA timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H), contract, and permanent roles across multiple business functions.
- Work closely with MSP partners, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.
- Handle recruitment across diverse skill sets including Technology, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Business Support roles.
- Ensure compliance with MSP processes, VMS tools, documentation, and SLA requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview tracking, and reporting within ATS/VMS systems.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges.
- Skills & Experience Required
- 3-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within MSP, staffing or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H)hiring models and contingent workforce recruitment.
- Experience working with VMS/ATS platforms and MSP-driven recruitment processes.
- Ability to recruit across multiple domains including Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate functions.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
