Accounts Executive (3 Months contract) - 5 days, MNC, East

About the role

$3500-$4000 5 days Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Location: Ubi Industry : Offshore & Marine Services 3 months contract

Responsibilities

• Manage and process high volumes of AP invoices and AP payments
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and payment processing
• Assist in monthly closing activities and reconciliations
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on payment matters
• Support the finance team in other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage complex tasks effectively.
