Your contribution to something big: As a member of our BTC-EMEA2 team, you will join a young, dynamic, and international environment. You will act as the key link between local business needs and our regional and corporate learning solutions, with the following main responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact and advisor for managers and HR on suitable learning solutions, translating local business needs into clear learning requirements. Align local needs with the existing corporate and regional training portfolio, promoting the visibility and accessibility of all available learning solutions. Support the effective rollout of training initiatives and guide employees in navigating our learning tools and programs. Collect and provide structured feedback on training effectiveness and user experience to regional teams to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement. Serve as a bridge between local stakeholders (including HR Business Partners, HR departments and with employee representation) and the regional learning teams to ensure strategic alignment. What distinguishes you: Education: You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Experience: You have previous experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training, or similar areas. Experience in a learning advisory or HR business partnering role is a plus. Know-how: You have a strong customer-oriented mindset and are familiar with corporate learning environments, including learning platforms (LMS) and training processes. Languages: Proficiency in English is highly preferred. Fluency in French and/or Italian is highly valued, and any additional languages are a plus. Working Style and Methods: You are a proactive and solution-driven professional with strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills. You thrive in an international and cross-functional environment. Personality : You are an adept communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise in a business context. You demonstrate a high level of autonomy, ownership, and adaptability.
