Operations Executive

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Security Supervisor (SS) rank and above.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and own vehicle.
• Able to effectively manage both clients and security personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior operations experience in the security industry will be an advantage.
• SALARY & BENEFITS:
• Salary Range: $3,700 - $4,500 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Security Enforcer Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and motivated Operations Executive to join our growing team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and oversee daily security operations across multiple sites. - Liaise with clients and attend to operational matters promptly and professionally. - Supervise, guide, and manage deployed security officers and site supervisors. - Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations, and operational reviews. - Ensure compliance with client requirements, company SOPs, and regulatory standards. - Prepare reports, incident investigations, deployment schedules, and operational documentation. - Attend client meetings and provide operational support when required. - Respond to emergencies, manpower issues, and operational contingencies.
