Job Description Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities *Key responsibilities 1. Salesforce Administration & System Ownership Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce across operations Manage user access, permissions, roles, and group structures Maintain and enhance: workflows, process builders, Lightning components dashboards, reports, and case management functionality Support incident management, defect resolution, and ServiceNow tickets Collaborate with platform/studio teams for system enhancements Ensure strong data quality, integrity, and governance controls Provide training, onboarding, and guidance to end users 🔹 2. MI, Reporting & Data Analytics Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Translate business requirements into actionable MI and insights Develop SQL queries and logic for data extraction and analysis Build scalable reporting frameworks integrating Salesforce and other systems Monitor key operational metrics (SLA, productivity, complaints, risk events) Provide trend analysis, forecasting, and decision-support insights Develop automation solutions using: Excel & VBA (macros, reporting automation) Power Automate (workflow automation, data movement) Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency Support creation of data pipelines and automated reporting processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations 🔹 3.
